Dedicated to Diversity, Inclusion and Social Justice

Our two organizations have joined together in this effort to encourage dialogue around race in the workplace. Our experience over the past 25+ years has taught us that this is not an easy topic for many organizations, but we believe that the workplace silence around this topic needs to be broken--and now is the time.

FWI works with our clients to co-create the future of work and the workplace. As a global virtual web of alliances, we act as an incubator of innovation and change in addressing current workplace diversity and inclusion issues.

Our missions are similar but we work in different types of workplaces to help them be more inclusive.

The FutureWork Institute, Inc. (FWI) works with for-profit companies, while The International Multicultural Institute (iMCI) works in the not-for-profit world.

iMCI works with individuals, organizations, and communities to facilitate personal and systemic change in order to build an inclusive and just society that is strengthened and empowered by its diversity. We are at the forefront of efforts to address critical and emerging issues in the diversity field.
